Stripe — payment processing. See Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy
Supabase — database and backend infrastructure
Anthropic — AI-powered crew summaries generated from contributed intel
Google — authentication via Google Sign-In
Community Contributions Intel you contribute to the resource directory — including culture notes, PT intensity, OT averages, and other crew data — may be visible to other FireCamp users. Contributions are attributed anonymously; your name is not displayed alongside your submissions.
Legal Requirements We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid legal process.
Business Transfers If FireCamp is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
5. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, maintain your session, and understand how the Services are used. We do not use advertising cookies or sell your browsing data.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect your ability to log in or use certain features.
6. AI-Powered Features
FireCamp uses Anthropic's AI technology to generate crew summaries from contributed intel. When you view an AI-generated summary, the underlying crew data is processed by Anthropic to produce that summary. We do not send your personal profile information to Anthropic — only anonymized crew intel contributed by the community.
7. Red Card Verification
When you submit your red card for verification, you provide photos of your red card to confirm your status as a verified wildland firefighter. These images are reviewed by FireCamp administrators and stored securely. They are not shared with third parties. Your verification status (verified or unverified) is visible to other FireCamp users. Your red card documents are not.
8. Payment Information
All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or billing details. Stripe handles all payment data in accordance with PCI compliance standards. You can review Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
9. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within a reasonable timeframe, except where we are required to retain it for legal or fraud prevention purposes.
Work log data, contributed crew intel, and profile information are deleted when your account is deleted. Anonymized contribution data that has been incorporated into community resources may be retained.
10. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee that unauthorized parties will never be able to access your data.
If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at team@joinfirecamp.com.
